A hard recipe for me to crack but after a few attempts, I managed to veganize Yorkshire puddings! Make sure you get your baking tray very hot!

Ingredients

2 cups/260g Self Raising Flour

1 & 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Sea Salt

2 cups/480ml Soy Milk

Vegetable Oil, for greasing

Preheat your oven to 210 degrees C. Add around 2 tsp of oil to each hole in a Yorkshire pudding baking tin.

In a large mixing bowl add the flour, baking powder & salt then mix well.

Whisk in the milk until it forms a smooth batter, similar to a loose pancake batter style consistency.

Transfer the batter to a jug.

Now it’s time to get the baking tray hot, place it into the oven for 4 minutes.

After 4 minutes remove the tray from the oven & quickly fill each hole with enough batter to just fill each hole in the baking tray.

Place the tray back into the oven for 16 minutes or until the puddings are golden & have risen.

Serve straight away.
