1 cup/240ml Soy Milk (if allergic to soy, use oat)
10g (1/2 cup) dried mushrooms
2 tsp Dried Onion
2 tsp Ground Garlic
120ml/1/2 cup Vegetable Stock
160g firm tofu, patted dry (if allergic to soy, increase chickpeas)
3 tbsp  white miso paste
2 tbs Maple Syrup
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbs Tahini
2 tsp celery salt
2 tsp Dried Sage
2 tsp Dried thyme
pinch sea salt

dry ingredients : 

300g (2 & 3/4 cups) vital wheat gluten

Dauphinois Potatoes

Mushroom Sauce

250g Chesnut Mushrooms
1 Red Onion
Shot Brandy
1 tbs Thyme Leaves
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 cartoon Soy Cream
