Half a Block of Firm Tofu, Drained and cut into Cubes.

To garnish;

Half an Avocado
1/4 Red Cabbage, Shredded
1 Carrot Spirzalized
4 Radishes
Small sheet of Nori
Sugarsnap Peas
Wasabi
Pickled Ginger
Sushi Rice – Cooked To packet instructions the chilled.

Smoked Tofu Marinade

1/2 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
2 tbs. olive oil
1 tbs. soy sauce
1 tbs. cider vinegar
A few drops of liquid smoke

Method

For the smoked tofu, combine the above ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth, cover your tofu in the mixture and allow to marinate for 1 hour before stir frying in a wok.
Prepare the rest of your bowls ingredients then simply add everything to a bowl & drizzle over some lime juice.
