Smoked Paprika, Lemon & Thyme Hummus

“Hummus is my go to snack, I love it, you can add so many flavours. This mix is one of my favourite combinations”.


480g Chickpeas (I used a 2 tins, drained)
1 tbs Tahini
1 tbs La Chinata Smoked Paprika
5 tbs of Filippo Berio Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp of Fresh Thyme Leaves.
3 cloves of Garlic
Juice of Half a Lemon
Pinch of Salt & Pepper

It couldn’t be simpler to me the most amazing Hummus, Simply throw everything into a blender & blitz. I like my hummus with a bit of texture so I don’t make mine too smooth. Serve with salads or a selection of dips. Hold a few chickpeas, thyme leaves & a sprinkle of Paprika to garnish.
