Ingredients

batter 

coconut oil, for frying

1 cup buckwheat flour

1 cup non dairy milk (a little more maybe needed)
3 tbs agave 

caramelised bananas

2 tsp coconut oil, for frying

1 banana
2 tbs maple syrup

garnish

mixed nuts
dried mango
zest of a lime
hemp seeds
mint
