1 tbs Marmite
2 Sprigs of Thyme
1 Bay Leaf
2 tbs Tomato Puree
2 tbs Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbs Soy Sauce
Pinch Salt & Pepper
2-3 tbs Plain Flour, to thicken (if needed)

1/4 cup/60ml Milk
2 tbs Maple
4 tbs Oil
