Plain Mac & Cheese with Bacon bits

2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 Small Onion, chopped finely
2 cups/250g of Macaroni pasta or Gluten Free Pasta.
1 tin of Full Fat Coconut milk
1/2 cup/50g of Almonds
1 & 1/3 cups/300ml of Almond Milk
1 tbs mustard, optional
1 tbs Fresh thyme Leaves
5 tbs of Nutritional yeast
Salt & pepper to season

Coconut ‘Bacon’ Bits

1 /100g Coconut Flakes
2 tbs Maple Syrup
2 tbs Liquid Smoke
2 tbs Soy Sauce
1 tbs Coconut Oil

Squash & Smoked Paprika Mac & Cheese

Above base with, 1 cup cooked squash mixed in.
2 tsp Smoked Paprika
2 tsp Dried Sage

Crispy Mac Balls

Plain Base, balled and frozen
1 cup flour
1 cup Gram Flour mixed with water
2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
1 ltr Oil, for frying
