GRAB & GO TROPICAL CHIA SEED PUDDINGS

Ingredients

1/2 cup/80g Chia Seeds
1/2 cup/120ml Filtered Cold Water
3 Frozen Banana
1 Ripe Mango, peeled & cubed.
1 cup/240ml Non Dairy Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Topping

3 Passion Fruits
3 tbs Coconut Flakes
3 tbs Coconut Yoghurt
2 tbs Fresh Mint
and any other fruits of your choice

First up, we need to transform the chia seeds. Mix them in a bowl with the water, to soak for at least 5 minutes.

In the meantime prepare the other ingredients.

Add the Banana, chopped mango, milk & vanilla extract to a blender cup, blitz for 30 seconds or until smooth.

Add the banana & mango mix to the bowl with the soaked chia seeds. Mix well then spoon into breakfast bowls are a glass like I did.

Top with beautiful Passion Fruit, Coconut Flakes, Yoghurt & Fresh Mint.
