Crêpes

“These are so simple to make, I served mine with a Passionfruit coulis & Coconut Yoghurt. Be as adventurous as you want with the toppings”.

Ingredients

1 cup Plain Flour
1 + 1/2 cups of Almond Milk
Pinch Salt
2 Tbs melted Coconut Oil
Few tbs of Oil for frying

Method

Simply mix the above ingredients in a mixing bowl with a whisk until smooth, cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour or until you are ready to cook.

Lightly oil a non stick frying pan over a medium heat then add enough batter to cover the surface over than pan, you can use the back of the ladle to spread the batter, cook until golden on each side, then serve with sweet or savoury filling.
