Ingredients

Simply use enough left over potatoes to bind together the all your left over vegetables, you can add what ever vegetables you have – I like to use the below. 

5-6 Left over Roasties (page —)

2-3 Carrots
Handful Braised Red Cabbage

8-10 Sprouts

3-4 Parsnips

4-5 Tenderstem Brocoli

extra items to help freshen up the burger – 

Handful Fresh Parsley, stems as well.
Handful of Chopped ‘Beef’, ‘Turkey’, Epic Wellington or Nut Roast Wreath.
4-5 tbs Plain Flour
Zest of 1 Lemon

3-4 tbs Olive Oil, for frying

Garnishes

Cranberry Sauce
Vegan Mayo
Salad
Additional left over veg, lightly fried
Braised Red Cabbage
Crispy Onions
