Chopped Salad

Ingredients

2 Gem Lettuces, washed, chopped small
1 Beef Tomato, deseeded & chopped small
Half a Cucumber, deseeded & chopped small
1 cup Roasted/Grilled Tofu/Vegan Protein of your choice, chopped small
3 tbs Cornichons/Gherkins/Pickles, chopped small
2 tbs Vegan Baconaise or Vegan mayo.
2 tbs Fresh Dill, or any fresh herb of your choice

Serve with

Half an Avocado, sliced fine
Handful Crispy Onions
2 tsp Tabasco Sauce

Add all the chopped ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix together well.

Serve the avocado & onions on top, with the Tabasco drizzled on top.
