1/2 cup/90g Chia Seeds
1 & 1/2 cups/375ml Non dairy Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 tbs Maple Syrup
2 tbs Cacao Powder

Mix together the chia seeds with the non dairy milk in a small mixing bowl and set aside for 2-3 minutes .
Stir through the vanilla, maple (or sweetener of your choice & cacao.
Serve up topped with cacao nibs, strawberries, yoghurt & granola. Or toppings of your choice.
