Banana Breakfast Pancakes

Refined Sugar Free, Gluten Free, Simple to make..and that amazing Pancake flavour with a subtle hint of Banana. I often have these for breakfast. I don’t even feel guilty after eating them
Ingredients
2 Cup of Oats
1 Ripe Banana
1 Tin of Coconut Milk
1/4 Agave
Pinch of Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
Squeeze of Lemon Juice
Method
Watch Tutorial VideoFirst up you will need to make a flour like consistency with the Oats, add them to a Nutrinija and blitz.
Add the remaining ingredients and blitz until it forms a smooth batter.
Pre heat a non stick pan over a low heat & lighting oil with coconut oil.
Pour the mixture into the pan directly from the Nutrininja cup. Cook for 2-3 mins on each side or until golden.
Stack up and serve with your favourite toppings!
