2 Very Ripe Avocados, Peeled & De-stoned.
Juice of a Lime
Pinch of Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper
1 tbs Chopped Fresh Chives
1/4 tsp Dried Chilli Flakes (optional)

Serve with

1 Slice Toast
2 rashers of my homemade Bacon, fried

Granola, Mango, Yoghurt, Maple & Seeds

1 cup/240ml Yoghurt, with 3 tbs oats mixed in.
1/4 Mango
1/2 cup/45g Granola, recipe in my book
Drizzle Maple
3 tbs Mixed Seeds

Peanut Butter, Caramelised Banana, Walnut & Blueberry

2 Banana’s
1 tbs Vita Coco Coconut Oil
1 tbs Coconut Sugar
2 tbs Peanut Butter, recipe in my book
Handful Mixed Nuts
Handful Blueberries
1 tbs Maple
1 Slice Toast

Sautéed Mushrooms & Tomatoes

2 tbs Rapeseed Oil
1 Punnet Mushrooms of your choice
Handful Cherry Tomatoes
Handful Chopped Parsley
Pinch Sea Salt & Pepper

Serve with

1 Slice Toast
2 tbs Cream Cheese recipe in my book 

Acai Bowl

1 Large or 2 Small Frozen Bananas
2 Sachets Acai, I used
1/2 cup/120ml Water, a little extra maybe needed
