just a reminder that I recently announced my RESTAURANT plans.. the ‘I will bring the food to you’ pop up restaurant tour will start in 2021 - dates & location TBA🌍 can’t wait to travel, get in the kitchens & cook for you. Post the tour, I will decide where the permanent restaurant will be located 🌍 proud & thankful I’m able to do this, and motivated to learn more & spread veganism as far and wide as I can. Picture 1. Marinated Beet ‘Ravioli’ filled with Wasabi ‘Cream Cheese’ served with a Pea Velouté (a signature dish that I created at an incredible restaurant I worked at called Le Gallois, aged 17 - dish veganised now of course)
